Former high school indoor record holder 6A (15'6), 3 time state champion, All-ACC Athlete, NCAA regional qualifier, NCAA national qualifier, 2008 Penn Relays 3rd place medalist.

 

I have coached several Alabama and South Carolina State medalists and one national runner up. I have again this year coached multiple athletes to medals at state meets and some have set state records. Many of my athletes have gone on to continue their academic and athletic careers in college throughout the southeast.
